These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bet663 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino entertainment platform accessible at https://bet663.cam ("the Platform", "the Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and close your account.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on bet663, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. bet663 takes underage gambling seriously and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, a resident of, or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where the Operator is restricted from offering services.
• Single Account: Each natural person may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be used solely by the registered Account holder for personal entertainment purposes. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion restriction, whether applied voluntarily or imposed by the Operator.
• Mental Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to conduct financial transactions.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Required Information

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth confirming you are of eligible age
• Valid email address that you own and control
• Contact number and residential address
• Agreement to these Terms and the Responsible Gambling Policy

4.2 KYC Verification Process

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during your Account lifetime at our discretion, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include:

• Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo ID
• Address: Utility bill, bank statement or official document showing your registered address, issued within the last three months
• Payment: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and, ultimately, Account closure. bet663 implements KYC procedures as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following actions are explicitly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting or any activity designed to exploit Platform errors or pricing inconsistencies for financial gain
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in furtherance of financial crime
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing any third party to access or use your Account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise derive source code from the Platform
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or members of the Platform support team
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account closures or self-exclusion periods
• Providing false information at registration or during any KYC process

Any breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, and permanent Account closure. bet663 reserves the right to report suspected fraud or financial crime to relevant authorities.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. bet663 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits are credited to your Account balance following successful payment processing and, where applicable, network confirmations.

References to familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. These references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with bet663 or with online gambling transactions.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the relevant Help Center article
• bet663 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests of PKR 25,000 or above, or where the account history suggests unusual activity
• Processing times vary by payment method. bet663 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transaction records on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for user convenience. The Operator reserves the right to convert amounts where required by the underlying payment infrastructure, and any applicable exchange rates or fees will be disclosed during the transaction flow.

bet663 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion per User: Unless explicitly stated, each eligible User may claim a specific bonus once only
• Wagering requirements apply: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before withdrawal. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x requirement means PKR 20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
• Game contribution rates vary: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and table games may have different contribution percentages — refer to the individual promotion's terms
• Expiry dates: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings
• Maximum bet limits: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit may apply. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may be voided or returned as bonus funds at the Operator's discretion
• Abuse prevention: bet663 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging, low-risk betting patterns and multi-account exploitation. Accounts found in breach will have bonuses voided

bet663 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to completing processing for bonuses already claimed and in an active wagering period.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by bet663. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where an error in odds has occurred, where the market has already closed, or where the bet is suspected to have been placed in breach of these Terms.

8.2 Odds & Markets

Odds are displayed in decimal format unless the User selects an alternative format. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Live in-play odds reflect real-time market conditions and may be suspended at any time without notice.

8.3 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

In the event of an obvious error in odds, settlement or any other aspect of a bet or game result, bet663 reserves the right to correct the error and settle or re-settle the affected bet at the correct terms. This includes the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds. Users are not entitled to retain winnings derived from a clear system or pricing error.

8.4 Esports, Cricket & Live Markets

Cricket markets, including PSL, ICC tournaments and T20 bilateral series, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the Platform's Help Center. bet663 has no official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL, ICC or any franchise. Esports markets are similarly subject to game-specific rules. Live markets may be suspended or voided in the event of event abandonment, technical failure or match-fixing investigations.

bet663 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. You agree to use the Platform's responsible gambling tools and to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose. The following tools are available within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Increases to limits take effect after a cooling-off period
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period
• Session Time Limits: Define the maximum duration of any single gaming session
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time spent and net session result
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period expires

bet663 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including mandatory deposit limits or enforced self-exclusion, on any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the User may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data feeds, odds presentation and structural design — is the intellectual property of bet663 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, re-publish, display or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bet663.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet663 and its officers, directors, employees and agents exclude all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, connectivity issues or maintenance periods
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User contributed to the security breach through negligence
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics and editorial content
• Any financial loss arising from betting or gaming activity, including session losses, accumulated losses or losses sustained during promotional periods

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data necessary for Account operation, KYC/AML compliance, support delivery and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable law or our AML obligations, whichever is longer.

13.1 Suspension by the Operator

bet663 may suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected
• Fraudulent activity, AML concerns or identity verification failures arise
• A regulator or law enforcement authority directs the Operator to restrict the Account
• The Account is identified as a duplicate or associated with a self-excluded Account

13.2 Closure by the User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding real-money balances (net of any outstanding KYC requirements or bonus conditions) will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, any active bonus funds, free bets and promotional credits are forfeited. Pending withdrawal requests that were properly submitted prior to closure will be processed subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet663 holds its operating licence, which shall be specified in the Platform's licensing information page.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact the support team to seek resolution informally. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through the Platform's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available in the Help Center.

bet663 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address on their Account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or a regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
